We Need You!

1. Mentors for Young Men (Ages 15-21):

We are actively seeking mentors to work one-on-one with young men aged 15-21. Mentors play a pivotal role in providing guidance, support, and positive role modeling. Your commitment to meeting with your mentee regularly and helping them set and achieve goals can make all the difference in their lives.

2. Event Staff:

Our events are a crucial part of our mission. We organize workshops, seminars, and community outreach programs that empower and educate young men. We need enthusiastic event staff to help with event planning, logistics, and execution. Your creativity and passion can make these events truly impactful.

3. Administrative Staff:

Behind every successful organization, there's a dedicated administrative team. If you have skills in data management, communication, or organization, we welcome your support in keeping our operations running smoothly. Administrative staff help with paperwork, record-keeping, and managing our resources efficiently.

 

How to Get Involved​

1. Fill Out Our Volunteer Application: Interested in becoming a mentor or joining our event/administrative team? Fill out our online volunteer application form, available on our website. This form helps us understand your interests and availability better.

2. Attend Our Volunteer Orientation: Once we receive your application, we'll invite you to attend a volunteer orientation session. This session will provide you with an in-depth understanding of our organization, programs, and volunteer expectations.

3. Background Check and Training: For mentors and certain administrative roles, we require background checks and training to ensure the safety of our young participants.
